Small Groups
As Lancaster Community Church grows larger in attendance, we must simultaneously grow it smaller through small groups. That’s one of the reasons why, at LCC we place a high premium on Small Groups. In a Small Group at LCC, people have fun. They study God's Word together and discuss the issues and challenges of everyday life. It's also where they pray, care for one another, and build lasting relationships. Another area that we can’t leave out is the food factor…good “eats” and small groups always go together!
Today’s culture is full of people who daily deal with “crowded loneliness” – an over-exposure to people but not connected to anyone. Quality friendships are very important to our lives and small groups can build deep friendships that last a lifetime. Connecting is what life is all about. Everyone needs a place where they can come and get refueled…be rejuvenated.
These groups generally number anywhere from 6 to 15 people and enjoy the fellowship and the personal support of other believers, while serving the Lord through outreach and ministry. Our small groups bond even more as they reach out into the community and do service projects together.
Wherever you are in your journey of life…there’s a place for you in an LCC small group.
